Nothing apart from the low price.
The hotel facilities and our room all looked run down and in need of a refurbishment. The breakfast was of a very low standard, the coffee was not drinkable.

Very nice staff, good beds and clean rooms. The swimming pool was also clean with a nice snackbar. The hotel is near to the center of Kos and the Harbour and just about 10 minutes walk to the nice beaches north of the center of Kos.

The pool is a little dated but it is big and if you get there early enough you can get a sun lounger and a spot for the whole day. The rooms were fairly spacious and having a balcony is always a big bonus.
Although we were travelling in the middle of the summer, we were a little suprised by the club 18-30 feel of the place. Lots of groups of young party goers which was fine for us but if you don't want noise by the pool and drinking on balconies (before people head out) this is probably not the place for you. Very few English speeking guests - mainly Scandanavians. That said, I would go back - cheep and chearful...

-Low price. -Friendly staff. -You can rent a vehicle from hotel at low prices. -Good equipment level of the room Coffemaker/boiler, refrigerator, ac, etc -Comfortable pool. -In the center of town.
-Need urgently renewal. Plastic flowers are at least outdated, heavely decorated reception. New colors at rooms and new tiles in the bathrooms will help a lot. -Need a better smelling detergent for the towels (this one in my nose smell like boiled shrimps). -Noise during night from slaping doors in the hotel. The doors need absorbing mechanisms. -Shower had an offhand misplaced faucet and difficult to use.

rooms are big enough for two, air-conditioning was working well
Furniture is rather old, bathroom should be renovated

Just a reliable pick for one night in Kos Town with great value-to-price ratio. The bathroom cleanliness was a major concern, and I felt uncomfortable . Avoid the breakfast, there's no point in filling up on stale coffee and old food.

We loved this place - lovely welcoming and nicely decorated hotel.
Was the best base for trip. Good looking rooms with a fantastic view and large balcony plus freshly painted walls and excellent service - just as we expected. An electric kettle and a refrigerator were available in the kitchen.

The location is great and for the money it is good value. The pool is nice but gets no wind so very hot there. The staff were so lovely and very helpful. I spend little or no time in my room on holiday so it was perfect for what we needed. Location was a priority over the standard of the hotel and we were on a budget.... I expected the standard of room to be what it was and was therefore not disappointed at all and I was really pleased with the location. I would recommend to people wanting the same... a very basic, run down room (with lush beds though - good mattress) in a great place.
It's run down and the room very basic.... but I expected that for the price. I wish they didn't have the mini kitchen in the room. I cannot see how anyone would cook and it's so dated and there must have been something wrong with the drain and it sometimes stunk so bad we had to leave the room. Because of the price it is very noisy - we were in a room that faced the pool and was just above the bar which was fine but the noise came from the young travellers that were there. However the air conditioning units are great at helping drown out noise and I slept really well.

A little bit old style but very clean rooms with tv and air conditioner. We had to leave very early in the morning, they opened the buffet breakfast for us and we made us sandwiches to take with. 10-15 minutes walking from ferry port, it is very close to citry center but also it is in a quiet place.

We had a really really nice experience in this perfect and popular hotel. Had the twin room which was new-fashioned with a fantastic view.

The staff were very friendly. The room had a kitchen in it with everything needed to make you feel at home. The room was clean and very comfortable and spacious. The hotel and room was well described by photos. It is within easy walking distance to the port and very easy to find. We will most likely stay there again when in Kos. We were completely happy with this hotel.

Great staff and clean amenities, but noise from nearby bars disturbed our sleep.

Excellent breakfast variety tailored for dietary needs.
Unfortunately, the sunbed situation was a nightmare. You had to wake up at dawn just to claim a spot by the pool, absurd! On top of that, the pillows were way too hard. To.
